At VK Comfortable, we take pride in the quality of our massage tables and accessories. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.


Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories

This policy applies to all VK Comfortable products, including massage tables, massage chairs, cushions, and related accessories.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Used massage tables, chairs, or cushions
  • Personal or hygiene-related accessories that have been opened or used
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Custom or special-order items (if applicable)

Items showing signs of use, wear, or improper handling cannot be returned.


Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Items with visible signs of use
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components
  • Products damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed automatically
  • A credit will be applied to your original method of payment
  • Refunds are issued within a certain number of business days, depending on your payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary
  3. Contact your bank for further processing details

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product:

All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item
  • A gift certificate will be issued once the return is processed

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

For high-value items such as massage tables, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
