VK Comfortable – Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy provides a detailed explanation of the terms, conditions, and procedures that apply to the delivery of all products purchased from VK Comfortable, a brand operated by Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy (Business ID: 2594921-2, Tampere, Finland). Its purpose is to ensure transparency and clarity regarding how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order through our official online store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted the shipping terms outlined below, and you agree to be bound by them throughout the transaction.

1. General Information
- All products in our online store are sold and shipped by Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy.
- We currently deliver within Finland. International deliveries may be arranged under special conditions; please contact our customer service for details.
- All product prices include VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout and depend on the chosen delivery method, package size, and destination.
- We reserve the right to change prices, delivery methods, and shipping costs without prior notice. However, the prices and terms valid at the time of your order will apply.
- Finnish law governs these delivery terms.
2. Ordering Process
- Orders are placed online through our official website at www.vkcomfortable.com and are available 24/7.
- A valid email address must be provided to receive order confirmations and tracking details.
- Once submitted, an order is considered a binding contract between the customer and Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy.
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to the current terms, product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
3. Payment Terms
- Products and shipping costs are paid in full at the time of order.
- Payments are processed securely via Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7).
- Accepted methods include:
- Online banking (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Aktia, Savings Banks, etc.)
- Credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard)
- Klarna and Paytrail Account services.
- For card payments, Paytrail Oyj acts as the payment intermediary, and the contract is formed between the customer and Paytrail Oyj.
4. Delivery Times
- Orders are processed on business days. If payment is received before 11:00 AM, the order is typically dispatched the following business day.
- Standard delivery time is 2–6 business days within Finland.
- Delays caused by suppliers, import issues, or force majeure events are outside our responsibility, but we will inform you promptly if they occur.
- Pre-ordered products will be shipped within 1–2 days of stock arrival. Estimated availability dates are provided on the product page.
- If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please contact our customer service.
5. Delivery Methods & Costs
- We deliver via Matkahuolto or Posti, based on your selection at checkout.
- Delivery methods include:
- Pickup point delivery
- Home delivery (to the first external door/main entrance)
- Treatment furniture and larger items may incur separate freight charges depending on weight and destination. These costs cannot be waived.
- A tracking code will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.
- Delivery addresses cannot be changed after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
- If a package is not collected or refused by the customer, return and reshipping costs will be charged.
7. Multiple Shipments
- If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and logistics.
8. Inspection of Delivery
- Customers must inspect the external condition of the package upon receipt.
- Visible damage must be reported immediately to the carrier at the time of delivery.
- Hidden damages must be reported to the carrier within 7 days and to Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy without delay.
- We cannot process late claims, as carriers are not obligated to accept them.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries
- If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or contains incorrect items, notify us immediately at info@vkcomfortable.com
- Visible damage must be reported upon delivery; hidden damage within 7 days.
- Incorrect or damaged deliveries must be reported the same day the shipment is received.
- Failure to report within the given timeframes may void your claim.
10. Ownership and Risk
- Ownership of the products transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.
- Risk of loss or damage during delivery rests with Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy until the product is delivered to the customer.
- When returning items to us, the customer bears the risk until the product has been received by Nordic Esthetique Trading Oy.
11. Returns & Exchanges
- Customers have the right to return unused and resalable products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law.
- Returns must always be pre-arranged with our customer service at info@vkcomfortable.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition.
- Return costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a warranty issue or our error.
- Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving the returned product. If the product shows signs of use or reduced resale value, deductions may apply.
12. Final Provisions
- This policy is designed to protect both the customer and VK Comfortable.
- We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice. Updates take effect from the date they are published on our website.
